Southeast Asia beauty retailer · SEA (MY / SG / TH) · 2024
A regional retailer wanted a full mask range under its own brand. We built 12 SKUs across three price tiers in one production cycle.
Challenge
The retailer wanted an own-brand mask wall spanning entry, mid and premium tiers, with a single artwork system and a 90-day launch window.
Approach
We mapped the range onto three base materials (non-woven, bio-cellulose, hydrogel) and three serum families, giving 12 SKUs from just four production lines. Shared packaging tooling kept the artwork consistent and cut mould cost by roughly a third.
Result
All 12 SKUs launched on schedule. Because the range shared a base system, the client could reorder individual SKUs at lower MOQ instead of committing to the full set.
A European indie brand needed an EU-compliant eye patch line inside a 12-week retail window. We delivered in 68 days.
