A European indie brand needed an EU-compliant eye patch line inside a 12-week retail window. We delivered in 68 days.

Challenge The client had a retail listing date locked 12 weeks out, with no registered formula, no packaging and no EU responsible person in place. Approach We started from a stock hydrogel base already carrying a full safety dossier, then adjusted actives (caffeine + niacinamide) and built a custom mould for the under-eye shape. Packaging was sourced from our existing EU-compliant supplier pool to avoid a second round of testing. Result First container shipped 68 days after kickoff. The line passed EU market surveillance checks with no corrective actions, and the client placed a repeat order within one quarter.
